Digital Operations Coordinator

Specialized Australia is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Digital Operations Team. 

This role is crucial in supporting the backend digital operations, ensuring platform stability and scalability across all Specialized Australia channels, including Independent Bike Dealers (IBD), Owned Retail (OR), specialized.com, and digital marketplaces. 

The Digital Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Digital Operations Manager to enhance the customer and rider experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Platform Management: Ensure the B2B platform for retailers is up-to-date, reliable, and user-friendly. Provide support and training resources to internal and external users
  • Digital Marketplace Management: Oversee the eBay channel, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are optimized. Monitor competitor activity and manage inventory and order processing
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales Operations, Marketing and Finance teams to develop tailored strategies and ensure alignment with business goals
  • S-Connect Lead: Support retailers in joining the S-Connect initiative, maintain POS systems expertise, and drive the growth of the S-Connect program

Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in web content management, retail integration platforms, or app promotion within the retail or sports industry
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the bicycle retail landscape
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Media, or Communications.
  • Basic knowledge of web techniques such as HTML and web publishing.
  • Knowledge of Hybris or Shopify is an advantage.
  • Understanding of POS systems such as Lightspeed is an advantage.
