Profile Requirements:
- Experience Level: Minimum 3-5 years in marketing, communications, or digital media, with industry (AEC or professional services) experience preferred.
- Social Media Expertise: Proven ability to manage B2B social media channels (especially LinkedIn), including analytics review and engagement strategy.
- Email Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or similar tools for targeted campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Design & Branding Proficiency: Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools, with an eye for brand consistency and visual detail.
- Website Management: Experience managing and updating WordPress websites, including basic SEO optimization and content formatting.
- Portfolio Requirement: Must provide a portfolio or samples of past work that demonstrate originality, creativity, and authenticity; preference for content that is not overtly AI-generated.
Core responsibilities:
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Build and manage targeted B2B email campaigns via Mailchimp for pursuits, newsletters, company announcements, and thought leadership content; segment audiences, maintain accurate contact lists, and track performance metrics (open rates, CTR) to improve results.
- Graphic Design & Branding: Design high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, proposal materials, pitch decks, and trade show assets; maintain consistent visual branding across all platforms, develop brand guidelines, and collaborate with internal teams to support visual communications.
- Website & SEO Management: Manage and update multiple company websites in WordPress, ensuring all content is current, visually aligned with brand standards, and optimized for search engines; coordinate timely updates & enhancements across platforms.
- Social Media & Community Engagement: Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X; create, schedule, and post engaging, value-driven content; monitor analytics, identify trends, and facilitate LinkedIn group engagement to drive community interaction and thought leadership.
- Campaign & Event Marketing: Plan and execute initiatives for events, sponsorships, and recruiting efforts; partner with leadership to develop brand storytelling strategies; coordinate special projects and new creative ideas to strengthen the company’s industry presence.
- Thought Leadership & Reporting: Support the creation/distribution of industry-relevant blogs, white papers, interviews, & articles; track KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and provide insights to guide strategic marketing decisions.
