Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and curious Marketing Specialist to join TAL’s Individual Life – Growth Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a true marketing all-rounder who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working across multiple channels, partnerships, and customer journeys.

As new lead-generation partnerships come into TAL, each one brings its own marketing journey and experience! This role will be to support the development of these campaigns and help bring them to life. You’ll work closely with content teams, creative agencies, financial advisers, brokers, and a range of internal stakeholders of all levels.

This is a permanent opportunity with an ideal start date of end of January 2026.

In this role you will:

  • Support the delivery and optimisation of marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Work closely with new distribution partners to help shape tailored marketing journeys and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with content teams, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders to bring marketing initiatives to life.
  • Get involved in a mix of digital marketing, communications, and strategic marketing projects within the Growth Marketing team.
  • Navigate ambiguity by problem-solving, taking initiative, and adapting your approach for each partner or project.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience of at least 2 years across either support OR end-to-end campaign management, communications, digital marketing, or broader marketing strategy.
  • Exposure to financial services (highly regarded) OR insurance OR adviser/broker environments.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and build tailored marketing solutions without rigid processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with confidence working across multiple teams and partners of all levels.
  • A naturally curious, proactive mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
