We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support Eightcap’s growth by planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, acquisition, and engagement for our global trading products. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing and campaign management experience, ideally within financial services or fintech, with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role plays a key part in driving our mission to provide an exceptional experience to both our clients and team while collaborating closely with teams across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM to ensure consistent messaging and performance across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, programmatic, and CRM channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Compliance, and Content to ensure campaigns meet business and regulatory objectives
  • Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend actionable improvements based on CPA, conversion, and ROI metrics
  • Localise campaign messaging and creative assets for different markets, with support from translators or local partners
  • Manage campaign budgets, media plans, and vendor coordination
  • Support marketing automation workflows and CRM activities (Salesforce / Iterable)
  • Contribute ideas to improve client retention and lifetime value through content, promotions, and client lifecycle campaigns
  • Assist with market implementation across social media channels

Requirements
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, or online trading.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, CRM, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and analytics tools such as GA4 and Data Studio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one European language (Spanish, Italian, German, or French preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, KPIs, and campaign metrics.
  • Organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects across different time zones.
  • Experience in marketing for CFD, FX, or crypto trading products
  • Understanding of financial promotions compliance, including ASIC, CySEC, SCB, and SYC requirements
  • Prior exposure to global markets, particularly LATAM or EMEA regions
