As the Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and business growth. You will be adaptable, have great attention to detail and can-do attitude. You will be responsible for coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, social media content management, events and activities.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, social, print and trade), supporting the Marketing Manager  

  • Day to day coordination and execution of marketing activities and operations; 

  • Handle engagement and communication with suppliers, partners and agencies 

  • Coordinate implementation of marketing campaigns 

  • Manage allocated marketing spend for campaign budgets and reporting 

  • Organizing products, props and marketing collateral for suppliers, partners and events 

  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date marketing calendar for ensuring all stakeholders are meeting timelines and deliverables 

  • Manage end-to-end content production, ensuring brand consistency across digital, print and in-store 

  • Maintain consistency across all content in line with established brand guidelines 

  • Prepare artwork for production and liaise with suppliers to ensure quality outputs 

  • Curate and repurpose owned and user-generated content 

  • Plan, manage and schedule content for social media activities (Instagram, Facebook etc.) 

  • Manage and moderate social media channels in-line with Brand guidelines 

  • Analyse affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources to identify areas for improvement 

  • Support drive engagement and growth on social media platforms to expand our Brand presence 

  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitors and consumer behaviours to inform marketing strategies 

  • Use data and analytics to monitor marketing campaign performance and assist in report development 

  • Provide post-campaign reporting and proof of advertising to help support ROAS for key supplier partners 

  • Support Brand and Trade show events (incl. Weekends) as required  

Qualifications and Attributes: 

  • At least 3+ years’ experience working experience in a Marketing, Graphic Design or related  

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 

  • Experience with Airtable, Miro, Figma will be advantageous 

  • Creative thinker with strong commercial acumen and an eye for brand storytelling 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with both strategic and operational responsibilities 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 

  • Strong networking and communication skills in a broad variety of environments 

  • Highly organised and demonstrated ability to work autonomously
