We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Marketing Services Manager to join the dynamic commercial team at The Langham, Gold Coast.  This is your chance to make a significant impact by driving brand presence, delivering impactful campaigns, and creating unforgettable experiences.

What You’ll Do

Step into a pivotal role responsible for the execution of day-to-day marketing initiatives across the property and its award-winning venues, alongside supporting the Director of Marketing and Communications. This role, titled Marketing Services Manager, will lead the execution of food and beverage marketing activity, social media planning, creative content production, graphic design coordination, collateral procurement, and channel optimisation, while contributing to the development of culturally relevant and commercially impactful campaigns.

This role plays an integral part in elevating the profile of The Langham, Gold Coast through compelling storytelling, strategic partnerships, media engagement, and luxury brand experiences. Responsibilities include supporting the execution of media events, representing the property at key industry events, managing local and national media familiarisations, and maintaining detailed budget tracking, and campaign reporting across marketing and public relations activity. Working collaboratively with operational departments, external agencies, and LHG marketing teams, the Marketing Services Manager will support the rollout of regional campaigns and global brand initiatives while ensuring all communications align with brand standards and creative excellence.

What You’ll Bring

The successful candidate will bring a dynamic background in marketing, with demonstrated experience across luxury and lifestyle brands within hospitality, fashion, tourism, consumer, or premium brand environments.

  • Prior experience within the luxury and lifestyle marketing landscape
  • Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite and marketing collateral production
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to performance excellence
  • Strong understanding of social media planning, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Passion for storytelling, luxury brand positioning, and creative campaign execution
  • High-level interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience supporting major brand campaigns, partnerships, and events is highly regarded
  • Previous roles in a luxury hospitality marketing role is highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent hotel industry experience
  • Australian working rights
