Turn marketing insights into smarter investment and stronger growth.

At Latitude, we make it possible—for our customers, our partners and our people. In our Money business, understanding what drives customers to choose us helps shape where we invest and how we grow.

We’re looking for a Marketing Planning & Performance Manager who combines analytical depth with commercial thinking. Someone who can connect campaign performance, customer behaviour and marketing investment to help us make better decisions across Australia and New Zealand.

If you enjoy getting beneath the numbers, challenging assumptions and turning insights into action, this is an opportunity to influence both marketing strategy and results.

Your impact

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape acquisition marketing plans and make sure we have the measurement, forecasting and insights to understand what’s working.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Digital, Data & Analytics, Product, Finance and media partners to identify growth opportunities and make our marketing investment work harder.

You’ll:

  • Shape acquisition strategies and media plans across Search, Social, Display, Demand Gen, Programmatic and broader advertising channels.
  • Own and improve tracking, tagging, attribution and conversion measurement, ensuring decisions are grounded in reliable data.
  • Turn campaign and acquisition funnel analysis into recommendations that improve conversion, cost per acquisition and return on investment.
  • Develop marketing budgets, forecasts and performance projections, recommending where to adjust investment.
  • Build and improve dashboards, reporting and analytical models that make performance clear and support timely decisions.
  • Partner with media agencies and internal teams to challenge assumptions, test new approaches and explore how AI and automation can improve measurement and efficiency.

What you’ll bring

You’re comfortable moving between hands-on analytics and broader commercial conversations. You can troubleshoot a tracking issue, explain what’s driving performance and make a clear recommendation about where to invest next.

We’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in acquisition marketing, media planning, marketing analytics or performance marketing.
  • A strong understanding of paid media channels and how they contribute to acquisition performance.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital analytics, tag management, conversion tracking and attribution, using tools such as GA4, Tealium, Google Tag Manager and advertising platforms.
  • Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, Meta Ads Manager and Salesforce.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including marketing budget planning, forecasting, performance modelling and investment optimisation.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience creating dashboards and reporting with business intelligence tools.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and work across teams and agencies.
  • Financial services experience would be valuable, alongside a proactive approach and an interest in using AI, automation and emerging marketing technologies to improve results.

More possibilities for you

You’ll have the opportunity to influence acquisition marketing across two markets, connecting your technical expertise with decisions about strategy, investment and growth.

You’ll join a close-knit team that values curiosity, collaboration and fresh thinking, with support from a manager who welcomes your ideas and professional development.

We believe doing great work starts with feeling supported.

We make it possible…

  • To spend more time with your loved ones—with an extra week of paid leave each year through our Take 5 initiative.
  • To enjoy greater flexibility—with a hybrid working model that combines working from home with connection in the office.
  • To put your wellbeing first—with Sonder, a 24/7 support app for mental and physical wellbeing.
  • To access financial benefits—with discounts on Latitude products and services.

Our values—Take Ownership, Pursue Excellence, Win Together and Create Tomorrow—guide how we work and support each other.

Ready for your next opportunity?

You don’t need to tick every box. If you bring many of the skills we’re looking for and feel this could be your next step, we’d love to hear from you.

Bring your insights, ideas and commercial thinking. Apply now and help us make it possible.

As part of the recruitment process, successful applicants will be required to complete background checks prior to commencing employment.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
