We create products and experience built to perform. We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be the operational heartbeat of our marketing function. This role brings clarity to complexity, connecting global vision to local execution and enabling our teams to move with focus, precision and purpose. You will lead how marketing comes together across product, retail, digital, brand and community.

What You’ll be doing:

  • Lead integrated ANZ go-to-market plans, aligning global direction with local priorities
  • Own integrated marketing planning across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring delivery of a cohesive omnichannel guest experience
  • Act as central coordination point across the broader marketing and merchandise team to ensure clear plans and execution on priorities
  • Lead asset planning across campaigns and channels, ensuring the right assets are created to support product and channel needs, with strong efficiency in delivery
  • Establish and manage the ANZ marketing planning cadence, including GTM cycles, WIPs and campaign reviews, and drive effective ways of working across teams and tools
  • Embed consumer insight and market context into planning to ensure decisions are commercially focused and relevant
  • Manage agency and supplier relationships, ensuring clear expectations, alignment and delivery standards
  • Own the ANZ marketing budget, including tracking, forecasting and optimisation against key priorities
  •  Lead marketing reporting and turn performance into clear insights to improve future activity

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, integrated planning or campaign delivery
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across multiple teams and influence outcomes
  • Ability to operate with a systems mindset, connecting strategy through to execution in a structured and scalable way
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies and complex, cross-functional workflows
  • Strong commercial acumen, balanced with an understanding of brand and customer experience
