The Brand & Customer Marketing team is a dynamic, driven, fast-paced and highly-engaged group. Together, the team is responsible for building global awareness of our brand and creating demand among target audiences to push qualified leads to our sellers. 

We are at the center of driving the business’ funnel growth strategy and work closely with cross functional partners across our sales, product marketing, communications, sales enablement and customer experience teams. 

As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will be in charge of managing operations, supporting strategic marketing campaigns, and working with team members across brand, product marketing, customer marketing, customer success, sales enablement and business systems. 

Here’s how:

  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and data flow between different marketing technologies
  • Monitor campaign performance and attribution, identifying trends and reporting on KPIs including MQLs and funnel contribution
  • Collaborate with internal team members to execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows and other marketing initiatives
  • Serve as champion of marketing data stewardship 
  • Oversee data targeting for geographic and account based marketing efforts 
  • Manage list segmentation and lead scoring to support in delivering targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Maintain and optimize our lead management process, including coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on marketing technologies, best practices and processes

What you bring to the role:

  • BS/MBA in marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS company
  • Experience with marketing automation and experience within Marketing Operations
  • Experience with lead generation, email marketing campaigns, reviewing data, and creating successful marketing campaigns
  • Hubspot and Salesforce experience preferred – Hubspot certified
  • Has managed database consolidations in Hubspot
  • Communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
