Our Marketing team has a brilliant opportunity for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our Kogan.com Verticals experience!


Working across our Kogan.com brands you will provide key administrative support to enable our Vertical Marketing campaigns and CRM & Loyalty activity.  Whether you're implementing marketing campaigns, listing and promoting new products or partnering with other teams on content, this is a dynamic role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our Vertical  content is optimal and high quality. 


If you're a Marketing graduate ready to launch your career, or a  junior Marketer with a couple of years experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading Marketing team within an ASX listed, Australian eCommerce pioneer!

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of Marketing outcomes relating to CRM, Kogan First and Kogan vertical business units
  • Creating and optimising promotional content for Kogan.com vertical brands.
  • Managing and updating content for vertical marketing websites.
  • Building and executing promotional email and SMS campaigns using marketing platforms.
  • Coordinating marketing projects with the wider team and key stakeholders.
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Leveraging data to inform business decisions and optimise marketing strategies.
  • Developing and quality assuring customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Enhancing the Kogan First loyalty program through data insights and customer flow optimisation.
  • Conducting A/B tests across digital channels to drive customer engagement.
  • Distributing and managing promotional marketing content across multiple channels.

To be successful in this role, you should be:

  • University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications or similar)
  • Genuinely interested in Content and Campaigns and kick starting your Marketing career. If you have relevant work or internship experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or similar, that's a bonus!
  • Have exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively within a highly collaborative environment
  • Focused on attention to detail and pride yourself on an exceptional eye!
  • Best friends with Microsoft Excel, and comfortable to use your expertise to turn data into meaningful reports to drive business decisions
  • Able to multitask effectively - we expect you to juggle 50 different tasks at once without dropping the ball (we're not kidding)
  • Inquisitive and ready to be challenged - we're not afraid of putting in hard work to deliver a superior product!
  • Analytical and technically minded, with the motivation to work with data such as Excel, Google Analytics & more
