We're particularly interested in Marketing Managers, who bring a strong digital performance marketing background, ideally gained within a performance agency, digital agency, lead generation environment, or a complex B2C acquisition business where optimisation, conversion, and commercial outcomes are core to success.

  • Drive student acquisition and enrolment outcomes through data-led campaigns
  • Develop clear, insight-led briefs for internal performance media, creative, and content teams
  • Partner closely with channel specialists to optimise campaign performance across the full conversion funnel
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring alignment with university guidelines
  • Lead partner planning cycles, translating commercial goals into marketing roadmaps
  • Mentor and develop a Marketing Coordinator
  • Contribute to agile workflows and manage delivery via Monday.com

 Who We Need:

  • Brings 4–6 years' experience in digital performance marketing, growth marketing, or integrated marketing environments
  • Has experience working within a performance agency, digital agency, lead generation business, or similarly fast-paced acquisition-focused environment
  • Has hands-on exposure to CPL/CPA-driven campaigns
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of digital channels, campaign optimisation, attribution, and marketing performance metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to optimisation
  • Demonstrates confident stakeholder management, including senior partners
  • Is a natural collaborator across creative, media, and operations teams
  • Combines strategic thinking with executional excellence
  • Leads with clarity, emotional intelligence, and influence

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
