The Performance Marketing Specialist will execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns, monitor budgets, analyze performance metrics, provide insights, and collaborate with marketing teams for improved student acquisition.

Manage IT vendor spend, contracts, renewals, invoices, forecasts, reconciliations, and commercial governance. Analyze financial and vendor data to identify risks, savings opportunities, and process improvements. Produce reporting and insights for Technology leadership while partnering with Finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Support budgeting, contract negotiations, payment processes, and accurate commercial decision-making across software, cloud, subscription, and professional services.

Prepare monthly management accounts, journals, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, payroll, fixed asset and lease accounting, and finance administration. Provide financial insights to stakeholders, maintain accurate records, contribute to process improvements, and support ERP system enhancements. The role requires collaboration across the business and ownership of key month-end and accounting processes.
