The Performance Marketing Specialist will execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns, monitor budgets, analyze performance metrics, provide insights, and collaborate with marketing teams for improved student acquisition.

Provides administrative and operational support to higher education and VET sales teams. Reviews student documentation, processes enrolments, responds to enquiries, maintains compliance and service standards, supports onboarding and retention, and assists with process improvements. The role collaborates with sales, academic, and operational stakeholders to deliver positive student outcomes and a seamless application-to-commencement experience.

Prepare monthly management accounts, journals, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, payroll, fixed asset and lease accounting, and finance administration. Provide financial insights to stakeholders, maintain accurate records, contribute to process improvements, and support ERP system enhancements. The role requires collaboration across the business and ownership of key month-end and accounting processes.

Manage IT vendor spend, contracts, renewals, invoices, forecasts, reconciliations, and commercial governance. Analyze financial and vendor data to identify risks, savings opportunities, and process improvements. Produce reporting and insights for Technology leadership while partnering with Finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Support budgeting, contract negotiations, payment processes, and accurate commercial decision-making across software, cloud, subscription, and professional services.
