At Australian Venue Co., our Sales & Marketing team exists to support our venues through data-driven insights and impactful campaigns that align with business objectives. We’re focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving organic revenue growth across our diverse portfolio.

About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Divisional Marketing Manager to execute venue marketing strategies across a portfolio of venues. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of campaign execution, budget management, and performance outcomes - ensuring innovative, effective marketing initiatives that maximise ROI.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in hospitality, understands venue marketing, and can balance creativity with strong commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing strategies across a portfolio of venues
  • Manage and optimise marketing budgets to deliver strong ROI
  • Oversee all marketing activity including digital campaigns, content, promotions, and events
  • Deliver data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with venue teams and internal stakeholders to align marketing with business goals
  • Drive customer engagement and revenue growth through innovative campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise results

About You
You’re a confident marketing leader with a strong understanding of the hospitality landscape and a passion for delivering results.

  • Creative, innovative thinker with a commercial mindset
  • Excellent written, verbal, and copywriting skills
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Analytical problem-solver with a results-driven approach

Technical Skills

  • Meta Business Manager
  • Google Suite
  • CMS/CRM platforms
  • Experience with marketing and analytics tools

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in marketing strategy and execution
  • Proven experience managing budgets and delivering financial outcomes
  • Strong digital marketing and technical capability
  • Experience in customer and market research
  • Previous leadership/management experience
  • Hospitality experience highly desirable
