We’re looking for a Marketing Manager – Hospitality to lead the strategy and delivery of marketing initiatives across our premium food & beverage and hotel offerings at Crown Melbourne.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager – Marketing, this is a key leadership position responsible for shaping and executing end-to-end hospitality marketing strategy within our integrated resort.

You’ll lead a team while working cross-functionally to deliver data-led, commercially impactful campaigns that drive visitation, revenue, and brand growth.

From launching new dining concepts to sustaining long-term customer engagement, you’ll play a critical role in bringing Crown’s hospitality experiences to life.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the hospitality marketing strategy across Crown Melbourne’s dining and hotel portfolio

  • Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns, leveraging data, insights, and customer segmentation

  • Drive the successful launch and ongoing performance of new hospitality concepts through coordinated campaigns spanning PR, CRM, digital, events, and on-property activation

  • Manage campaign performance, budgets, and ROI, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved

  • Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to continuously optimise marketing effectiveness

  • Oversee quarterly marketing plans aligned to business priorities and growth opportunities

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance processes

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Executives and Coordinators in a shared services environment

  • Build strong relationships with hospitality operations, events, partnerships, and marketing teams
     

About you

You’re a commercially minded marketing leader with a passion for hospitality and premium experiences. You thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and bring a strategic yet hands-on approach.

  • 7+ years’ marketing experience, including 4+ years in hospitality, F&B, or hotel marketing

  • Proven success delivering multi-channel, data-driven marketing campaigns with clear commercial outcomes

  • Experience leading marketing strategy for premium or luxury brands

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in matrix or shared resource teams

  • A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and campaign execution across channels

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
