About the role 

The Marketing Lead for Enterprise Growth will be the second hire for the marketing team and will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of all marketing campaigns for our Australian and New Zealand partners. The role is a hands-on, roll-up-your sleeves role that tackles everything from marketing strategy, campaign execution, post campaign analysis and marketing process and system improvements. 

The Enterprise Growth team primary focus is to build and support a large partner network, and the Marketing Lead will be working to engage both partners (our merchant network) and the end customers who use our products.  

In this role, you’ll: 

  • Own end-to-end campaign delivery for direct to customer (eDM) campaigns, end-to-end B2B marketing strategy and campaign delivery, branding and acquisition campaigns. Tasks include; briefing, copy writing, compliance and legal sign off process management, production, campaign building and post campaign analysis.
  • Leverage insights to develop campaign strategy and execution of campaigns to deepen customer and merchant engagement and drive usage of the credit card product.
  • Drive and deliver best-practice customer and merchant launch, engagement and utilisation campaigns, including creative and copy development and optimisation, agency management, target setting and results tracking.
  • Support our Relationship Management team to deliver marketing collateral that is functional and engagement for the partner network. 
  • Liaise internal functional teams (e.g. Digital, Analytics etc) to align and deliver on initiatives.
  • Effectively manage campaign budgets and timeline and ensure compliance with operational and finance requirements and rhythms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and return on investment metrics through digital reports, dashboards and post campaign reviews.
  • Interface with business partners where required to integrate effectively into the customer lifecycle marketing program.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and growth and implement them across the team.
  • Escalate any Compliance, Legislative or Regulatory issues and/or concerns through the appropriate channels.
  • Understand and ensure all Compliance, Legislative & Regulatory responsibilities are met.
  • Other duties as directed 

What you’ll bring: 

  • The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of marketing experience across lifecycle, engagement with a speciality in B2B marketing and is happy to own everything from strategy to hands-on delivery.
  • You will be a ‘do-er’ that is happy to operate in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment and is driven by a sense of achievement to get the job done. 
  • Ther ideal person for the role can operate happily independently and is great at making meaningful connections with colleagues and team mates to drive successful campaign execution.
  • A willingness to learn and challenge the status quo is a must. 
  • The potential for growth and impact of this role is high, we have ambitious growth targets, and the Marketing Lead role will continue to expand as the team grows.
  • You are familiar with AI tools - comfortable using tools to accelerate insights, automate routine work, prepare reporting, and tailor content quickly and effectively. (for individual contributor roles)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a business discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience in direct marketing and campaign management across multiple channels. 
  • Experience in Sales Force Marketing Cloud; campaign building within the platform, campaign execution and post campaign analysis and reporting
  • Experience in consumer card lending or retail banking with strong commercial acumen preferred. Experience in other service industries such as telecommunications, utilities, insurance and agencies will also be considered.
  • Experience in using customer data and insights to develop and execute campaigns to drive retention and utilisation from existing customer base
  • Able to develop and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners, and comfortable working with cross-functional and virtual teams.
  • Is a collaborative team member who is accountable, empowered to make decisions and able to deliver at a high level.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and embraces change on a daily basis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate Latitude values and behaviours.
