Due to a spike in key projects, a 3 month B2C Marketing Lead contract role with the possibility of a transition into a permanent role is available in our In-Life Marketing team. This is a fantastic temporary opportunity for someone who wants to a work in a large financial services company that is looking for a great company culture, training and career development.
Working in the In-Life Marketing team, you will work directly with senior business stakeholders, Digital and Communications colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience and positive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate and create data driven marketing activities related to a range of specific customer projects, as well as operational communications in accordance with the campaign execution schedule and within budget
- Manage the development or update of written communications including email copy, newsletter articles, brochures, web copy and provide editing for a variety of existing internal and external B2C material as needed
- Liaise with internal and external designers and copywriters on the delivery of various projects
- Effectively engage internal stakeholders throughout the planning and activity process.
- Applying insights, learnings and critical thinking when planning marketing activity to ensure they drive engagement, deliver leads and improve customer understanding of salary packaging and/or novated leasing.
- Managing compliance and approval sign offs.
- Compliance with all internal policies and procedures and external requirements including legislative requirements such as Privacy, SPAM and ACCC
- Deliver insightful, actionable, data-based post implementation reviews.
- Other reasonable marketing tasks as required
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related Business discipline
- 5+ years experience in large, multi-channel campaign execution
- Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry will be well regarded
- A can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time in accordance with strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail
- The capacity to think like a customer and make complex products seem simple.
