  • Develop campaign briefs, customer offers and communication plans aligned to business objectives.

  • Coordinate campaign delivery across CRM, EDM, SMS, digital, social and owned channels.

  • Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring engaging and on-brand communications.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to deliver successful marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets and return on investment (ROI).

  • Analyse customer and campaign data to identify optimisation opportunities and drive stronger outcomes.

  • Support the delivery of promotional activations, events and key business initiatives as required.

What You'll Bring

  • Ideally 3 + years' experience in a marketing, brand, communications or related role.

  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, social media and customer communications.

  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar CRM platform will be highly regarded.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong proofreading and quality assurance skills.

  • Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
