Join us as a Marketing Coordinator and help bring the Aussie Broadband brand to life across campaigns, events, content and sales enablement. You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to high‑impact projects and build strong marketing foundations while growing your skills in a supportive team.

This is a permanent, hybrid Melbourne‑based position.

Let’s talk about you

To be successful in this role you will possess:
 

  • Experience in marketing coordination or execution, ideally in B2B or enterprise settings

  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and commercial teams

  • Strong organisation skills and sharp attention to detail

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence while delivering clear written communication and strong brand awareness

  • Interest in enterprise, technology or complex products

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, work both independently and in a team

How will you support our “Why?”
 

  • Execute enterprise marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, events and sales enablement, contributing to high‑impact activity.

  • Support account‑based and sector programs by helping tailor marketing activity for priority industries and key accounts.

  • Assist with enterprise events, sponsorships and executive engagements, coordinating logistics, collateral and communications.

  • Develop and maintain marketing assets including presentations, case studies, one‑pagers and proposal materials.

  • Coordinate campaign timelines by working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep activity on track.

  • Track performance and outcomes across enterprise marketing activity, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

  • Support bid, tender and proposal marketing when required.

  • Maintain brand consistency and attention to detail across all enterprise‑facing assets.

  • Contribute to additional tasks as needed, supporting smooth delivery across the team.
