Job Description

As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you’ll be supporting the execution of marketing campaigns designed to drive B2B lead generation across our locations. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our marketing efforts while developing your skills across digital, social media, and other channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Campaigns Manager and the broader marketing team to ensure successful campaign delivery and optimisation.

What we’re looking for:

You are a creative and organised marketer with a passion for campaign coordination and data-driven insights. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, optimise campaign performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders will be key to ensuring our campaigns generate the best possible results. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to support various marketing activities and enhance their B2B marketing experience.

What your day to day will look like (but not limited to!):

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels, including eDMs, social media, and website content.
  • Track campaign performance and make adjustments as necessary, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation, including working with designers to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
  • Analyse industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with social media management, including creating and scheduling content that engages our audience.

Qualifications

What makes you successful:

In this role, you’ll excel at managing multiple projects, supporting campaigns, and optimising marketing performance. Your creative mindset combined with your strong organisational skills will ensure that marketing campaigns run smoothly and effectively, helping Hub Australia attract and convert business leads.

You will also have:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing campaigns, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Ability to analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
