About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering marketing initiatives that support Brandt's branches, products, and people. Working closely with internal stakeholders and the wider ANZ Marketing team, you'll coordinate campaigns, marketing collateral, communications, and events that strengthen the Brandt brand and drive business success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns and communications across Australia and New Zealand
  • Collaborating with the ANZ Marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and tactical plans
  • Preparing briefs and coordinating work with creative, web and media teams.
  • Managing the production and distribution of branch marketing collateral
  • Supporting branches with point-of-sale material, local marketing initiatives, and events
  • Coordinating multiple marketing projects while managing stakeholder expectations and deadlines
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Contributing to continuous improvement within the Marketing team

What You'll Bring

  • A qualification in marketing, communications, events, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or communications
  • Strong digital literacy and confidence using marketing technologies
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across the business
