What you’ll build with us:

Play a key role in building the affiliate network from the ground up, managing local partners and driving high-quality traffic through performance-based channels such as social and streaming platforms as well as websites. Support other Southeast Asian markets, such as the Philippines, as needed, ensuring flexibility and ongoing impact across the region.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates in the Thailand market across social media, streaming platforms and other traffic channels
  • Build and manage relationships with Thai-speaking partners, acting as the main point of contact for daily communication and support
  • Assist in launching and scaling the Thailand affiliate program from day one
  • Analyse affiliate performance data to optimise traffic quality, conversions and ROI
  • Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms to maximise growth and profitability
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and local user behaviour in Thailand
  • Ensure compliance and maintain high standards of partner quality to protect brand integrity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency
  • Support other Southeast Asian markets, such as the Philippines, when required to balance team workload

Your track record:

  • Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written
  • 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing or similar roles
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
  • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Understanding of Southeast Asian markets, especially Thailand

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Familiarity with streaming platforms, social media traffic or performance marketing channels
  • Experience using tools such as Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and data analysis
  • Exposure to iGaming, crypto, or similar industries is a plus
