We’re searching for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Content Manager with a content focus to bring the Andromeda spirit to life across all channels. From shaping short punchy videos and social posts to coordinating conference activations and media coverage, you’ll be the one weaving our mission into everything we share with the world. Supported by our external marketing service, you’ll balance big-picture storytelling with day-to-day execution, making our message bold, authentic and impossible for our target audiences to ignore.
How you’ll make an impact- Create content that pops: Write engaging copy and craft short videos, reels, newsletters, and image posts that capture the heart of Abi’s story. You'll see stories everywhere, and you know how to package them into content that resonates with our target audiences.
- Drive digital presence: Keep our social and LinkedIn channels fresh, creative and growing.
- Champion events & conferences: You'll be able to switch gears between creative work and logistics without missing a beat. Organise and support marketing events and conferences, handling materials, logistics and on-the-ground execution.
- Fuel media moments: Coordinate photoshoots, videos, media releases and press opportunities to amplify our message nationally and globally.
- Collaborate & coordinate: Manage relationships with agencies, contractors and suppliers to keep marketing efforts seamless.
- Pitching In: Working in a fast-paced startup means that you’re happy to roll up your sleeves to get things done. This can mean grabbing a camera or phone and creating content on the fly, or just helping your teammates with tasks that need your support. Teamwork and flexibility are key.
- Bring the energy: Whether on camera, at events or behind the scenes, you’ll embody the Andromeda vibe – edgy, human, and never stuffy. Your energy and creativity will shine through every post, campaign, and event you touch.
RequirementsWhat we’re looking for
- Experience: 5+ years in a fast-paced marketing role, ideally with B2B exposure. Tech startup experience is a bonus.
- Stakeholder management: Experienced managing a variety agency & supplier relationships
- Creative storyteller: You’re a creative spirit who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and you have strong copywriting skills with a knack for telling stories that resonate and the creative ability to bring them to life.
- Newsletter nous: You’re experienced in ideating and writing engaging newsletters that people look forward to and know how to make them visually appealing with the right support.
- Organisation: You’re organised, detail-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once. You may need to travel for events and activations, approximately once or twice per quarter.
- Content creation, including Canva design skills and social media video editing mainly for YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Website management skills, ideally in Webflow (or similar) for content updates and CMS article creation.
- Experience in newsletter creation and email automation in one or more CRMs (e.g. Hubspot, Pipedrive, Active Campaign, MailChimp).
- Strong copywriting skills across short and long-form content, including social media, blog posts, web pages, email marketing and newsletters.
- Stakeholder management experience in B2B environments is preferred.
