The Opportunities:

This role supports AIA’s private health insurance business by playing a part in executing an integrated customer communications roadmap across marketing, engagement and mandatory communications. Working closely with product, technology, customer service and delivery teams, it develops and delivers clear, customer-focused communications that highlight member value, promote benefits, meet regulatory requirements and support business growth. The objective is to drive member engagement, retention, and cross sell and up sell opportunities across the health portfolio.

This is an 8 month max term contract for our Melbourne location.

To do this successfully you will:

  • Deliver end to end customer communications across lifecycle, mandatory and engagement touchpoints
  • Develop high quality customer content and collateral with strong attention to detail and brand alignment
  • Use test and learn approaches, customer data and segmentation to optimise communications and outcomes
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns including promotions, referrals and partner activity
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines while ensuring consistent, clear and compliant messaging
