The Marketing Coordinator supports the delivery and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with the broader Marketing, Sales, Retail and Merchandising teams this role is responsible for day-to-day coordination of tasks that ensure the brand is executed with consistency and excellence. 

For Salomon, this role is integral in supporting PR, influencer outreach, product seeding, event logistics and asset coordination while also managing key supplier and agency relationships to help deliver standout campaigns. Responsibilities include;

    • Brief and manage the PR agency in line with brand strategy and campaign priorities  
    • Manage KOL, ambassador and athlete outreach programs  
    • Coordinate and execute all product seeding initiatives, including delivery and tracking  
    • Support social media content planning and local community engagement programs (including S/Plus activates)
    • Assist in the roll out and execution of marketing activations and events  
    • Coordinate the creation, delivery and briefing of marketing assets across retail, trade and digital touchpoints  
    • Work alongside creative, brand and digital teams to assist with creative briefing and asset production  
    • Maintain strong working relationships with eternal printers and suppliers to ensure best in class outputs
    • Raise and manage all Pos and invoice process, ensuring the tracking document is kept updated
    • Assist in the execution of brand campaigns and in season initiatives 
    • Collaborate with Salomon Tech Reps, Sales, Retail And Merch teams to align on product and campaign priorities  

What we are looking for:

We're seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about outdoor sports, brand experiences, and community engagement. You bring experience coordinating and delivering events from concept to completion, along with a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals across social media, digital platforms, content creation, and reporting. Confident writing engaging copy, you can adapt messaging to different audiences and channels while supporting creative campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Experience capturing basic photography content, whether on a phone or camera, is highly valued, as is the ability to contribute to creative briefs and present new ideas with confidence.
With strong planning and organisational skills, you can manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipate changing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines. You have a data-driven approach to marketing, with the ability to measure, analyse, and clearly communicate campaign performance and key KPIs through written reports and presentations.
