What you’ll build with us:

As the central point of coordination across Marketing, you'll turn briefs from the business into clear go-to-market plans, with objectives, timelines, budgets and risks laid out for everyone involved. Expect to run a calendar that keeps initiatives aligned and clash-free, hold people accountable for delivery and keep every customer touch point consistent. Then you'll track how each campaign performs and close it out with reporting that shapes what comes next.

The impact you’ll make:
  • Understand our brand, product and value propositions, which are always evolving.
  • Translate briefs from other departments into briefs suited to each Marketing team - Experiential, Content, Partnerships, Community and CRM, plus their supporting departments.
  • Prepare and communicate go-to-market plans where appropriate, making objectives, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies clear.
  • Maintain a broader marketing calendar that aligns stakeholders, avoids campaign overlap and optimises resource.
  • Stay in sync with campaign timelines to keep resource optimised.
  • Hold all stakeholders accountable for delivery.
  • Act as the custodian for integration, keeping all customer touch points consistent.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance.
  • Close out every campaign with reporting that covers data, insights and future actions.
  • Build rapport with colleagues so you can lead them without authority.

Your track record:

  • 5+ years' experience in a relevant marketing role
  • Has worked in a fast-paced tech environment
  • An understanding of owned, earned and paid media and how they integrate
  • Examples of cross-functional marketing campaigns you've led end to end
  • Familiarity with the live streaming space
