How you'll make an impact
 

  • Inspire, develop and nurture a collaborative inhouse team of Talent Acquisition Consultants to deliver against business hiring needs and provide a consistent and outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Drive operational excellence and effectiveness. Reimagine processes to leverage AI. 
  • Ensure we have the appropriate resourcing to deliver optimal service to the business and quality of experience. 
  • Maintain high standards in selection, assessment and decision-making
  • Work with the People Data & Analytics team to utilise data to track and report recruiting KPIs to drive transparency 
  • and accountability within the team and for key stakeholders. Own and deliver regular reporting. 
  • Coach Talent Acquisition Consultants to deliver strategic insights to hiring managers and develop creative sourcing 
  • strategies utilising external market insights 
  • Proactively work with Senior Business Partners to drive an enterprise view and understanding of talent across AMP 
  • and advocate for internal talent mobility
  • Contribute to the achievement of greater diversity within teams through influencing the adoption of best practice 
  • Inclusion & Diversity talent guidelines and practices 
  • Work with peers on Employer Branding strategy and proactively and positively represent AMP in the marketplace

  • Partner with the Head of Business Partnering and TA to manage the recruitment agency panel to ensure 
  • effectiveness and ROI 
  • Act as the Product SME for the PeopleCONNECT Recruitment module 
  • Respecting Risk – management of AMP’s recruitment policy and Talent Acquisition related risks and controls

What you'll bring to the role

  • Degree qualified; business, HR or related discipline preferred
  • Experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams
  • Experience in professional, contingent, volume and early careers recruitment, preferably within a matrixed financial services environment
  • Strong end to end recruitment experience
  • Track record of building trusted relationships with hiring mangers and senior executives
  • Data driven and continuous improvement mindset
  • A proven ability to pip
