Job Description
Are you a payroll and HR operations expert who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment? At SEEK, we’re looking for a proactive leader to drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing team, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives in Payroll and HR Coordination.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Payroll & HR Coordination team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Oversee fortnightly and monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement, streamlining payroll processes and system enhancements.
- Manage workcover, payroll tax, and superannuation reconciliations with precision.
- Support seamless onboarding, contract management, and employee status changes via Workday.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships across Finance, Tax, Treasury, and P&C teams.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership in Payroll & HR Coordination, with a values-driven approach.
- Strong compliance, governance, and payroll expertise, including ANZ legislation.
- Experience managing HR systems and payroll transformation projects.
- Ability to navigate complex challenges, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation in payroll and HR operations.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
