As a Line Manager, you'll be at the heart of managing multiple global projects, working closely with clients, and driving strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Line Management of CRAs
- Drive revenue recognition for all projects in your portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and collaborate with operational teams.
- Review and forecast customer requirements.
- Prepare for and attend monthly reviews, defending financial performance.
- Partner with the Operational Excellence Lead and Model Alliance Lead.
- Support business review deliverables and global finance reporting needs.
- Share key finance results and messages during operational reviews.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer counterparts.
- Ensure timely invoice payments and resolve aged debt issues.
- Lead initiatives to improve processes and provide training to operational teams.
- Take on additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- Experience in a CRO or Pharma in a project management capacity.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Peoplesoft is a plus.
- Eager to work in a flexible and challenging environment.
- People management experience is an advantage.
