The Opportunity
As a Manager or Senior Manager in our Management Consulting team, you will provide strategic and operational advice to organisations, supporting them to deliver measurable performance improvement in a timely and efficient manner.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to identify needs, shape solutions aligned to strategy and business requirements, and lead delivery teams to successful outcomes. This role combines hands-on project leadership, trusted advisory, and people leadership, with opportunities to contribute to the growth and capability of our Management Consulting practice.
How you will make an impact
- Understand clients’ businesses and apply management consulting expertise to diagnose issues and identify performance improvement opportunities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by actively engaging, providing guidance and delivering practical outcomes
- Evaluate and analyse client financial performance, processes, systems and organisational structures
- Design clear, structured initiatives aligned to clients’ strategic direction and business requirements
- Develop and present recommendations and proposals to improve methods, processes and operating models
- Lead the implementation and delivery of approved recommendations
- Review and quality-check findings and recommendations within the context of the client’s broader business environment
- Manage multiple engagements concurrently, ensuring timelines, quality and stakeholder expectations are met
- Lead, coach and develop engagement teams, fostering capability and high performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of quality, methodologies and best practice within the team
About you and what you'll bring
You are a seasoned consulting professional who brings clarity to complex problems and momentum to delivery. Known for your structured thinking and practical approach, you balance commercial insight with a strong focus on outcomes. You are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, can translate strategy into actionable change, and are trusted by senior stakeholders to lead complex engagements through to measurable results. Just as importantly, you bring others with you, building capability, confidence and performance across teams.
- Proven experience at Manager or Senior Manager level in a management consulting or professional services environment
- Demonstrated advisory, project management and client-facing experience delivering complex engagements
- Strong business and operational acumen, with the ability to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Experience in change management, transformation and/or organisational development
- A strong track record of managing senior stakeholders and leading diverse, high‑performing project teams
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Commercial insight, with experience contributing to proposals or business development initiatives
- Highly developed communication skills, including executive-level written and verbal presentation
- Demonstrated people leadership capability, including coaching and mentoring consultants
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualifications advantageous
