We are looking for a solution-focused, curious and analytical Account Manager to join our high performing and vibrant efm team. As an Account Manager at efm, you will partner with customers to find solutions and deliver efficiencies within their supply chain. You will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements within your dedicated portfolio and provide valuable insights and expertise that enable us to navigate the complexities of logistics environment and solve problems quickly.

Requirements

As a Major Account Manager, you will be required to:

  • Build strong long lasting multi-level relationships with customers
  • Contact customers on a regular basis to ensure clarity on projects and timeline
  • Provide operational assistance with an onsite presence
  • Provide continuous improvement from a business perspective and demonstrate understanding of our customer and market insights, including strategic consultancy
  • Deliver a no better experience resulting in the ongoing improvement of our NPS results
  • Focus on delivering the best logistics experience at all aspects of the supply chain resulting in the retention and extension of accounts
  • Provide insightful and value add reports and analysis on solution performance and opportunities for greater efficiencies

Experience required:

  • Experience working in an Account Manager role
  • Strong process focus, specifically in relationship management
  • Deep understanding of commercial drivers of business
  • Proven analysis, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills
  • Able to quickly navigate complex logistics scenerios and find the best solution
  • Relentless passion for providing a no better customer experience
  • A solution focused orientation
  • Enjoy working in a face pace and challenging environment
