Crown Melbourne is seeking an experienced and driven Luxury Hospitality Manager to oversee our most prestigious guest service operation. This is a rare opportunity to lead a large, high-performing team and deliver world-class service across multiple luxury environments. 

About the Role 

As the Luxury Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals  across three key areas: 

  • Crown Spa, delivering seamless, personalised service to our most valued guests. 

  • 32 of Melbourne’s most exclusive luxury villas, supported by a dedicated team of butlers and housekeeping professionals. 

  • The award-winning Crystal Club, a premier lounge renowned for its refined atmosphere and exceptional service. 

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous development and service innovation. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide strategic direction for all service departments 

  • Guarantee a consistently outstanding guest experience 

  • Foster team engagement through training and performance development 

  • Manage daily operations, budgets, and uphold service standards 

  • Partner with senior leaders to elevate the VIP experience
