Position Details

We are now looking to appoint a Logistics Administration Supervisor (internally a Business Services Supervisor) at our high-performing Laverton facility, an important administration coordinator role that directly supports our operations, our customers and our people - every day.
This is an opportunity to guide and mentor an experienced administration team, shape exceptional customer service outcomes and support a site that plays a critical role within Australia's cold-chain network.
The Opportunity

As our Logistics Administration Supervisor (Business Services Supervisor), you'll oversee and coach a busy operational administration team, ensuring the smooth flow of customer orders, invoicing, stock file maintenance, reporting and site support activities.
You'll be the go-to problem solver - partnering closely with Shift Supervisors and operational leaders, liaising directly with customers and ensuring our service delivery is accurate, timely and consistently excellent.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coaching and developing Business Services Representatives to deliver exceptional admin and customer service outcomes.

  • Overseeing daily administration activities, including customer orders, receipts, invoicing and purchase order accuracy.

  • Developing strong relationships with customers - handling escalations, supporting meetings and ensuring a high standard of service.

  • Maintaining customer master data, support stocktakes and assist in the resolution of inventory queries or variances.

  • Working closely with operational leaders to support daily productivity and site performance.

  • Ensuring site supplies, PPE, uniforms and consumables are maintained.

  • Participating in safety initiatives, data entry and compliance activities across FSANZ, HACCP and CoR.

  • Fostering a safe, high performing, engaged team culture that embraces continuous improvement and service excellence.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience in a similar operational admin or customer service leadership role.

  • A track record in supervising and coaching small to medium teams.

  • Excellent understanding of customer orders, stock movements, inventory queries and invoicing processes.

  • Well-developed communication, problem-solving and influencing skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy and stay resilient in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of the logistics / supply chain environment (advantageous).

  • Proficient IT capability across Microsoft Office and WMS/TMS platforms.
