As part of our wider Integrated Digital Solutions team, you will be joining one of Australia's largest legal technology teams well known for our innovation. Our people are technical experts, but they’re also trusted business advisers who think bigger, more broadly and more strategically. Together, we aim to play a leadership role in advancing the legal industry, ensuring our business processes support us to be modern, innovative and efficient, while exploring areas beyond traditional law that align with our core business and clients' needs.
This is where you fit in.
As a Legal Solutions Analyst in our Legal Product Lab you will:
Work with stakeholders in the firm, clients, and the Lab on key projects and solutions primarily in a Business Analyst (BA), and implementation capacity.
A key focus of the role will be working to embed and scale Legora into legal practices across the firm, supporting the lawyers to re-engineer the way they work with the AI toolset. This will include implementation and support as well as work to configure and customise the product to suit Allens requirements. You will also be helping our lawyers build templated solutions to streamline legal work.
Use business analysis skills, knowledge of the legal sector and collaboration with lawyers and other teams to develop and implement innovative solutions, to deliver on firm and client business objectives.
Clearly articulate business problems through investigation and discovery.
Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to define and deliver specific solution and project outcomes.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. At Allens we have a hybrid working structure, typically 60% in the office and 40% from home. We would be happy to discuss any other flexible working arrangements that best support you.
