Salesforce is hiring a high-performing Corporate Counsel to join our ANZ Commercial Legal team.

The ANZ Commercial Legal team delivers innovative, trusted and world-class legal services to advance and protect Salesforce's interests while creating a fulfilling work environment for our legal family. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review, negotiate and draft agreements, such as master subscription agreements, professional services agreements, data processing addenda, alliances agreements, non-disclosure agreements and order forms in support of the ANZ sales, professional services and alliances teams.

  • Work with the sales and professional services, revenue recognition, sales operations and pricing internal teams to support processes for contracting and order processing.

  • Closely partner with the other departments, including privacy, security and compliance to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes.

  • Provide legal and commercial support in relation to existing contracts and provide support in the event of any disputes or potential disputes.

  • Complete legal administrative tasks to support our ANZ customers.

  • Assist the company in maintaining and securing compliance with Australian/New Zealand laws and regulations.

  • Assist in developing training materials and provide training to the business on relevant legal topics and best practices.

  • Actively contribute to the ANZ Commercial Legal team’s ongoing development of knowledge, skills and processes.

  • Participate in cross-regional team projects.

  • Look after yourself, your colleagues and the company’s interest.

What we are Looking For:

  • Undergraduate LLB or post-graduate from a highly regarded university and valid practising certificate in an Australian jurisdiction.

  • 1-3 years PQE combined experience at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal department.

  • Outstanding legal drafting skills; rigor/attention to detail; and strong legal reasoning.

  • A genuine growth mindset. You are curious, adaptable, and always looking to learn.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced tech environment where priorities can shift quickly.

  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills; you build trust easily with colleagues and customers alike.

  • Exceptional critical thinking. You cut through complexity and offer clear, considered advice

  • A strong work ethic and the resilience to perform in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with demanding internal clients.

  • Familiar with and interested in technical concepts (Web applications/cloud computing/digital transformation/Artificial Intelligence) and the Professional Services associated with their implementation.

  • A sense of humour!
