The Opportunity  
The Learning and Development Business Partner is responsible for leading a portfolio of work and will play a critical role in enhancing skills, knowledge and professional development of teams across all departments. You’ll champion innovative, Talent development programs and delivery of high quality, fit for purpose learning experiences and solutions that drive engagement, collaboration and performance across the business.

Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions that facilitate and enhance individual and organisational performance.
  • Providing expert advice and high-quality consulting services that are responsive to business needs and balance Operating Units objectives with organisational priorities.
  • Partnering with business areas to proactively identify learning and development needs, determine potential solutions and work collaboratively to achieve agreed outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven ability to design, deliver, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs and initiatives that apply contemporary learning concepts and innovative thinking to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide consultancy and advice to managers and employees in relation to people-focused initiatives and to use critical thinking skills to solve problems and implement workable solutions.
  • Well-developed influencing and negotiation skills and demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with others and work effectively as a member of a high performing team that delivers quality outputs.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills that meet target audience needs, including the ability to plan, develop, and deliver clear and comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations.

About you:

You are an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) professional with strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organisation.

With a background in global organizations, you bring business and commercial acumen to your work, ensuring L&D initiatives align with broader strategic goals.

You have experience leading small teams and working in an agile environment, successfully driving projects from inception to completion.

Your expertise includes building or supporting L&D frameworks, and you are confident in presenting project updates and initiatives to diverse stakeholders.
