The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Lead – Digital to join Crown’s Culture & Capability team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering innovative digital learning solutions that enable capability uplift, enhance engagement and drive meaningful performance outcomes across the organisation.

Working across People & Culture and partnering closely with stakeholders, you will shape and deliver scalable learning experiences that combine creativity, commercial thinking and emerging technologies. With a strong focus on digital innovation, AI‑enabled approaches and accessibility, this role plays a critical part in transforming learning design and driving efficiencies across enterprise learning solutions.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering innovative digital learning solutions that drive engagement, capability uplift and performance outcomes
  • Shaping the digital learning roadmap by aligning emerging technologies and AI‑enabled approaches with business priorities
  • Partnering with stakeholders to develop, implement and continuously improve learning solutions across the organisation
  • Leading the adoption and optimisation of digital learning platforms, tools and methodologies
  • Ensuring governance, accessibility and compliance standards are embedded across all learning solutions
About You

This role suits an experienced digital learning professional with a passion for innovation, technology and capability development. You bring a forward‑thinking mindset, strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate learning strategy into impactful, scalable solutions.

You thrive in complex environments, are comfortable experimenting with new tools and approaches, and bring a strong understanding of contemporary learning practices, digital design and user experience. You are equally capable of influencing stakeholders, managing delivery and continuously improving learning outcomes.
You will bring:

  • Extensive experience designing and delivering digital learning solutions across a range of modalities and platforms
  • Strong experience implementing learning technologies and driving innovation in learning design
  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex, operational environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of contemporary learning practices, tools, accessibility and digital experience design
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Technology, Business or a related field
