Job Description

The Role

Partnering closely with stakeholders across all Lendi Group business units, you'll design and deliver engaging end-to-end learning programs, using your creativity to develop impactful training assets—from presentations and eLearning to interactive tools like Kahoot. You'll also support capability uplift across the business through facilitation and collaboration with the Learning Ops team to manage scheduling, attendance, and reporting.

  • Partner with stakeholders across Lendi Group to identify learning needs and recommend practical, effective solutions.
  • Design and develop a range of learning experiences, including virtual and face-to-face sessions, eLearning, and supporting resources.
  • Facilitate clear, engaging training sessions that support capability growth across the business.
  • Support the effective use of the Learning Management System to ensure smooth program delivery and access.
  • Create learning content that’s consistent with our brand, aligned to business goals, and meets all compliance standards.
  • Contribute to broader Learning & Capability initiatives that build team knowledge and support ongoing development.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to analyse learning needs and deliver training across multiple formats, including eLearning.
  • Experience in a Learning & Capability team, with a strong understanding of aligning training to business outcomes.
  • Skilled in applying change management principles to support training implementation and process improvements.
  • Exceptional facilitation and analytical skills to engage learners and measure training effectiveness.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira, Slack, and learning design tools like Articulate, Vyond, and Biteable.
