- Provide training and support to customers on Revvity workflow solutions focusing on our Reproductive health portfolio including hardware, assays/reagents, and software.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for customers
- Support the greater sales team with pre-sales activities including specifying workflow solutions, and providing expert scientific advice
- Build customer relationships will be through in-person or virtual consultation with individual customers with respect to their projects & needs
- Liaise with regional and global support and service personnel as required to deliver timely outcomes to customers’ support requests.
- Maintain an in-depth and up to date knowledge of the current and emerging market trends, including technology trends, customer applications and competitive technology, as relates to diagnostics products.
- Assist in the preparation of documents for tenders and quote.
