Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Learning Experience Lead to join our Utility Services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative learning solutions that enhance quality and capability across Utility Services. You'll work closely with stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences that support employee performance, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Learning Experience Lead, you'll help shape learning experiences that support capability, quality outcomes, and business performance.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing engaging learning solutions, including e-learning, workshops, classroom training, and blended learning programs. 
  • Facilitating induction, new employee, upskilling, and classroom-based training programs. 
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs and co-design learning solutions aligned to business priorities. 
  • Evaluating learning effectiveness through learner feedback, performance data, and learning analytics to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Supporting quality and capability initiatives by identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending targeted learning interventions. 
  • Managing learning projects and maintaining accurate training and learner records. 

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for an experienced learning professional who combines strong instructional design capability with excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on designing and delivering learning experiences. 
  • Strong instructional design skills and knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies. 
  • Proven experience facilitating classroom-based training, workshops, and other learning programs. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple levels of the business. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision. 
  • Experience working with learning technologies and platforms. 
  • Previous experience in Utilities team is highly regarded.
