We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who can design, develop and facilitate learning events for various learning & development programs. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who has broad experience in designing learning solutions, session facilitation, and program management. This role is essential to delivering a well-structured, impactful learning experience that strengthens organizational effectiveness and empowers employees to perform at their best.

What you will be doing:

  • Content Design & Development:

    • Own full lifecycle of learning/event curriculum from design, development, facilitation, and support for various learning & development programs.

    • Collaborate with global business stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop learning content to ensure learning exemplifies NVIDIA culture

    • Design content with ability to scale across orgs/regions

  • Facilitation

    • Experience facilitating learning workshops through:

      • Supporting individuals within a group in understanding their common objectives.

      • Help people collectively move through a process.

      • Structure conversations and apply appropriate group facilitation techniques to keep discussions effective.

      • Foster participation and get people to come up with ideas, thoughts and perspectives that add value.

      • Develop a pool of internal facilitators from business and engineering teams.

  • Program & Project Management:

    • Serve as program/project manager for multiple learning experiences

    • Plan, schedule and create communication plan for learning events

    • Coordinate and manage event logistics and resources

    • Collect and analyze learning feedback, consolidate and suggest improvements

    • Oversee, manage and facilitate events/workshops as needed

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources related field

  • 8+ years’ experience in a Learning and Development position with responsibility for management and facilitation of training programs

  • Experience developing, implementing, and delivering training content training manuals, guides, and course materials

  • Knowledge of principles and methods for training design, instruction, and the measurement of training effectiveness

  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills

  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to plan, identify, coordinate, and track critical activities, milestones and deliverables

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively to a variety of audiences

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
