It’s meaningful work with real ownership, creating technology that supports better outcomes when people need it most.
In this role you will:
- Build fast, reliable customer-facing experiences that perform seamlessly across devices.

- Create a reusable design system/component library that improves consistency and accelerates delivery.
- Set frontend engineering standards that keep the codebase maintainable, testable, and easy to evolve.
- Raise engineering quality through strong reviews, guidance, and pragmatic technical leadership.
- Grow team capability by mentoring engineers and championing effective use of AI-assisted development.
- Bring 6+ years’ professional frontend experience, including 2+ years operating at senior/lead level.
- Competency in using AI coding agents daily to speed up delivery by writing effective prompts and critically reviewing AI-generated code without compromising quality.
- Ability to build scalable, type-safe applications with TypeScript.
- Design pragmatic frontend architecture across components, state, rendering, and build pipelines.
- Implement micro-frontends that enable independent delivery and safe scaling.
- Champion high-quality, inclusive UX through strong standards for accessibility, performance, and testing.
