At Inlogik, we’re proud to be a global leader in Corporate Credit Card and Expense Management solutions, empowering businesses across 30+ countries. Our innovative products drive efficiency and transparency, making a real difference in how organisations manage their finances.
This role blends UX design and Interaction Design with practical front-end visual design implementation skills. The ideal candidate understands how users interact with software and can translate that understanding into clear, accessible, functional experiences — while also being able to implement or guide the visual/UI layer using modern front-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
User Experience & Interaction Design
- Analyse how users interact with the product and identify pain points, opportunities, and workflow improvements
- Create storyboards, wireframes, user journeys, and application flows
- Design and prototype interactions that support user tasks effectively
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design (e.g., WCAG guidelines)
- Conduct or interpret user testing and iterate designs based on findings
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to validate design decisions
UI Design & Front-End Visual Implementation
- Translate UX flows into clean, consistent, and accessible interface designs
- Apply visual design principles (layout, hierarchy, spacing, clarity) without needing “graphic-design-level” illustration or branding skills
- Implement or support implementation of UI designs using:
- CSS (layout, responsive design, typography, component styling)
- HTML (semantic, accessible markup)
- A little JavaScript (enough to support interaction prototypes or small UI behaviors)
- Work alongside frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully and functionally
- Collaborate with external marketing/design agencies to maintain visual consistency and translate brand assets into usable UI patterns
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience analysing user behaviour, workflows, and pain points.
- Proven ability to create UX artefacts such as wireframes, user journeys, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and designing task-focused workflows.
- Experience applying accessibility and inclusive-design standards (e.g., WCAG compliance).
- Ability to conduct, interpret, and iterate based on user testing or usability research.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to validate and refine design decisions.
- Ability to translate UX concepts into clean, consistent, accessible user interface designs.
Desirable:
- Practical experience with HTML and CSS (semantic markup, responsive design, accessibility, component styling).
- Basic proficiency in JavaScript for prototyping or supporting simple interaction behaviour.
