HELP ORGANISATIONS SUCCESSFULLY NAVIGATE TRANSFORMATION

We're looking for a Lead Consultant, Organisational Change Management to partner with clients on some of Australia's most complex technology transformations. You'll help organisations adopt new technologies, embrace new ways of working and realise lasting business outcomes.

Work alongside talented consultants, architects and delivery teams across cloud, data, cyber security, AI and digital transformation programs, while shaping the people side of change for leading Australian organisations.

What you'll be doing

As a Lead Consultant, you'll lead end-to-end change management across large-scale transformation initiatives, helping clients move from strategy through to adoption and sustainment.

  • Lead organisational change management for complex technology and business transformation programs

  • Develop practical change strategies, plans and interventions tailored to client environments

  • Partner with executives, sponsors and senior stakeholders to build alignment and visible sponsorship

  • Assess change impacts, organisational readiness, risks and adoption barriers

  • Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication and learning programs

  • Establish and lead change champion networks that drive engagement and adoption

  • Measure readiness, adoption and value realisation outcomes

  • Facilitate challenging discussions, navigate ambiguity and influence key decisions

  • Provide trusted advisory services to clients and guide other change practitioners

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong consulting skills with deep organisational change expertise.

  • Significant experience leading change management across large-scale, technology-enabled transformation programs

  • Strong expertise in change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and adoption

  • Experience influencing executives and senior leaders within complex organisations

  • A consulting mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems pragmatically

  • Experience working alongside project managers, technical specialists and delivery teams

  • Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong governance, reporting and risk management capabilities

  • A passion for helping people successfully navigate change

Nice to have
  • Prosci, ACMP, APMG or similar change management certification

  • Experience delivering change across cloud, cyber security, data, AI or digital transformation programs

  • Consulting or professional services experience

  • Exposure to AI-enabled workplaces and adoption strategies

  • Relevant qualifications in business, organisational psychology, technology or change management
