Your New Role 

The purpose of the Colleague Partnering team is to provide Colleague & Culture support with the objective of building the Fund’s culture and capability to deliver high performance. 

The Lead Colleagues & Culture(C&C) Partner will support our Member domain and will be responsible for delivering high-quality C&C support to the business stakeholder on issues relating to C&C management, policies and practices. This role will be critical in implementing continuous improvement to C&C processes and project manage the development and delivery of key initiatives. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the Executives and People Leaders in these groups.

  • Assist with the delivery of a C&C plan for these groups, which is aligned to the Groups’ Strategy, the Fund’s Strategy, and the Colleagues & Culture priorities. 

  • Contribute to achieving a unified and values driven culture in both groups and across the broader Fund.

  • Provide C&C advice, support, and solutions to colleagues on a wide range of strategic and, at times, operational people issues.

  • Ensure the organisational structure evolves to meet the requirements of the business and Fund as it grows rapidly

What You’ll Need  

  • Strong experience as a Human Resources professional, ideally with exposure to financial services.

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations

  • Experience managing and developing others to achieve high performance

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including confidence to work with senior leaders of an organisation

  • Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills

  • Strong customer service focus with a proactive approach to problem solving

  • Open and responsive to change

  • Intellectually curious and forward thinking

  • Ability to operate at a strategic level and add commercial value

  • Practical, hands on approach and ability to get things done

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement motivation and service mindset
