About the role

Our Corporate Advisory team brings sharp legal insight and strategic thinking to some of Australia’s most complex and high-value transactions. From high-profile public and private mergers and acquisitions, to private credit transactions involving leading global and domestic funds, and equity capital markets work for prominent ASX-listed companies – we are at the centre of Australia’s most significant corporate advisory work.

Our Melbourne Corporate Advisory team is growing. We are looking for an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions lawyer to join us.

You will work side by side with market-leading partners on landmark transactions in a dynamic, progressive and collegiate environment. From day one, you will be trusted with real responsibility and supported by a team committed to your development and success. Our team

In the past 18 months, our Melbourne Corporate Advisory team has advised on some of Australia’s highest-profile transactions across a wide range of sectors, including technology, healthcare and life sciences, consumer, energy, infrastructure and financial services. Our clients include leading global and domestic private equity firms and ASX-listed corporates.
