Job DescriptionAs an L&D Specialist (Digital Design), you will create engaging learning experiences that help our Claims teams adapt, grow and deliver with confidence through transformation. By turning complex change into clear, practical learning, including support for Claims Reimagined and new AI tools, this role builds capability where it matters most. Working across teams and with stakeholders, you will help TAL strengthen how we support our people so they can continue delivering care, confidence and security to Australians when they need it most
In this role you will:
- Design engaging digital learning solutions that build Claims capability and support business transformation.
- Translate complex claims content into clear, practical learning that improves understanding and adoption.
- Shape effective learning solutions by partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and desired outcomes.
- Develop high quality eLearning and digital content that delivers a strong learner experience and meets TAL standards.
- Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to deliver relevant learning that supports key business initiatives.
- Share your expertise to lift digital design capability within the team and bring fresh thinking to how we learn.
- Experience creating digital learning using tools like Articulate 360, Rise or similar to deliver engaging, practical learning experiences.
- Strong instructional design capability to understand learning needs and shape clear, effective solutions from concept through to delivery.
- At least 5 years’ experience in digital design, with a track record of delivering high-quality learning in complex or enterprise environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work to timelines while maintaining quality.
- The ability to simplify complex information and translate technical content into learning that is easy to understand and apply.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with curiosity, fresh thinking and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels to deliver meaningful outcomes.
