Your RoleIdentify and onboard suitable KOLs and content creators that align with the campaign goals and Mantle’s narratives, and collaborate with them on content creation.
Oversee day-to-day interactions with KOLs, and establish and maintain long-term relationships with valuable KOLs and partners.
Work with the social media team, regional teams, and ecosystem partners to identify growth opportunities through KOL and creator networks, such as content co-creation, AMAs, etc.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Mantle ecosystem to execute KOL marketing activities that support business growth.
Conduct data analysis of KOL performance to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Perform market research to stay engaged with marketing trends and apply relevant approaches to increase Mantle's social awareness and growth.
Minimum 1 year of Web3 experience required, with a focus on marketing and KOL management preferred.
Strong operational skills, including negotiation, content support, and performance tracking.
Strong ability to identify market trends and develop KOL strategies to maximize resources and capture market attention.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of balancing operations with strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, communications, or a related field required.
