Junior Product Owner Internship (Business Analyst)

The internship involves collaborating with product and development teams, assisting in business design planning, managing client onboarding, and performing research and analysis to support operations.
Host Company:
The host is a tech company and provides its services for the hospitality industry, especially for hotels. The company has a wide range of clients which are from Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
Tasks:
- Collaborate and provide support to Product and Development teams
- Assist in planning business design, managing client onboarding, and product enhancements/integrations
- Record requirements, technical approaches, and amendments to decisions and actions
- Help the team run efficient and well-communicated deployments
- Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
- Conducting research and analysis in support of operations
- Assist in operational support of our clients
- Researching, analysis, and testing of product solution and functions
Requirements
About You:
- Coordinate with teams required
- Understanding Agile / Scrum
- Basic exposure/experience using project/product management software tools (JIRA, Confluence, Team, Gantt)
- Experience gathering requirements
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- A self-managed individual with excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in technical software development vocabulary
- Experienced in/understanding of software development testing
- Ability to work as part of an outcome driven team
- Team focused & outcomes driven
- “Out-of-the-box” thinker and problem-solver
- Adaptable and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Commitment to work 3 days per week for a 12 weeks period
