Core Responsibilities
System Monitoring: Monitor application performance and logs to identify potential bottlenecks or errors before they impact users.
Technical Troubleshooting: Reproduce bugs in staging environments and document clear steps for the development team to fix them.
Documentation: Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and user-facing "How-To" guides.
Collaboration: Work closely with Developers and Systems Administrators to escalate high-priority issues and assist in deploying software patches.
Issue Resolution: Provide initial triage and support for application-related incidents via ticketing systems, email, or chat.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Basic proficiency in SQL (e.g., writing simple SELECT and JOIN queries to investigate data issues).
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS), APIs, and basic command-line navigation.
Exceptional communication skills—you can explain a technical bug to a non-technical user without using jargon.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth understanding of the Insurance Lifecycle, including New Business, Underwriting, Policy Issuance, Endorsements, Renewals, and Claims processing, etc...
