Profile Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a marketing or corporate communications environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Understanding of brand identity principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple formats.
  • Experience managing projects involving external vendors such as printers, agencies, and photographers.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with preparing print-ready and digital assets, including knowledge of production processes and specifications.

Core responsibilities:

  • Design and produce visually compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media assets, email templates, and event materials.
  • Create internal communication materials, presentations, and reports that align with brand guidelines and corporate identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.
  • Liaise with external vendors, such as marketing agencies, printers, and photographers, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ensure all creative work maintains brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
  • Provide creative input and recommendations to improve the visual impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare production-ready files and oversee quality control for all externally produced materials.
